Function: The immediate thermodynamic dissolving of a nascent Markov Blanket before it can achieve Laminar Entrainment. It is the "Great Filter" of the Outermost Stochasticity. When a boundary closes during Continuous Genesis, it traps chaotic probabilistic noise and forces Symmetry Breaking. This rapid organization generates a jump in internal heat (Unruh-Landauer Dissipation). If the newly formed boundary lacks the immediate thermodynamic fuel, or if its informatic bandwidth is too narrow to successfully compute and vent this initial thermal spike, the boundary simply dissolves. The system fails to establish a Target Morphology, the perimeter ruptures, and the localized stable 3D geometry instantly dissolves back into the universal noise.


Physical Instantiation: An instantaneous, unmanageable jump in internal heat (Unruh-Landauer Dissipation) colliding with a newly established, unoptimized topological boundary lacking sufficient localized fuel or bandwidth
